Join us under the tent in the William Saulson Pavilion to hear Professor Howard Lupovitch
speak on the topic of: Is there a Jewish way to vote?

Howard Lupovitch is a Professor of History and the Director of the Cohn Haddow Center for Judaic Studies. He is a fourth-generation Detroiter, and a graduate of Hillel Day School of Metropolitan Save Event Info Detroit, the University of Michigan, and Columbia University, where he earned a PhD in Jewish History. He has taught at Cornell University, Colby College, the University of Western Ontario, and the University of Michigan, where he was also a fellow at the Frankel Institute for Advanced Judaic Studies. Professor Lupovitch  is the author. most recently, of Transleithanian Paradise: A History of the Budapest Jewish Community.  He is currently completing a history of the Neolog Movement in Judaism, and a history of the Jews of Detroit since 1967.
